We're writing to let you know about our pleasure in working with Travis Lefort during our basement finish in Loveland. We are delighted with our final result and we are especially appreciative of Travis's contribution at the helm while transforming our basement from concrete to comfort. Travis provided us the excellent support and service that someone hopes to receive, particularly during an extended project. The subcontractors seemed to like and respect him, which gave us additional confidence in the quality of their work. As well as being thorough, proactive, and attentive, Travis was always congenial. He worked conscientiously and effectively to resolve wrinkles and he kept us informed during delays. We'll be calling Lefort Built first when it's time for our next home improvement job. I worked with Travis on a project to finish the basement for a home I bought a few years ago. I would highly recommend Travis' work; he communicated well along the way and was proactive in communication. He also offered suggestions, from his wealth of industry experience and knowledge, to ensure the project went smoothly and that I received a finished basement I would be proud of. Investing in a basement was not cheap, but it was worth every penny I put into it, and the finished basement looks amazing! I'm happy with the work and would hire Travis again for future projects.

Our family had the fortune of finding Travis Lefort when we were looking to complete our unfinished basement in Arvada. Travis and the team he used for this project were phenomenal! Our basement turned out not only as we originally planned, but even better due to Travis's flexibility, suggestions, and willingness to make things work even as our vision changed. Travis is communicative, hard working, honest, and engaging throughout his projects. He is easy to access for questions, ideas, and other communication needs before, during, and after projects. One of the best qualities of Travis's company and work ethic is his willingness to consider suggestions and input throughout the process. Instead of saying "no" outright, Travis would think about what we were requesting and make it happen where he could, while explaining in an understandable way when something couldn't work or would be detrimental to the overall project. This honest approach left us with complete trust in his expertise, honesty, and integrity. It can be hard to find construction companies that feel accessible and honest. We are so lucky that we have found Travis and Lefort Built- Construction Company! Once our basement project was complete, we made Lefort Built our go to resource for projects around our home, both big and small, and have recommended their work to friends and family alike. We really had a fantastic experience with Lefort Construction Company doing a project to convert a 30'x12' unfinished above-garage storage room into a full home office. Travis (the owner) helped us with the initial design and made it clear from the beginning that his goal wasn't necessarily to be the least expensive but to be the best quality with the highest customer service possible. We couldn't be more pleased with the finished result which was completed on-time and at a very competitive cost. The real appreciation though goes to Nate (his project manager) who ensured we were constantly kept informed who was coming next, when to expect them, and came out numerous times himself to discuss details and make sure the project was proceeding as planned. Nate is a top notch professional and just a heck of a nice guy who was committed to doing the project right. At the end of the day I feel very blessed to have developed such a good relationship with Lefort and now consider both Travis and Nate good friends and it's an honor to recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a good local construction project company!
