Meet Travis Lefort: Operations Manager

Travis was born with construction and power tools basically in his DNA. He grew up remodeling and flipping houses with his parents, learning a wealth of information as he went. After studying Wind Technologies in Southern California in 2010, he took his first job in Boulder, CO. The construction industry never stopped calling his name though, and he quickly found himself returning to his first passion. He spent 15 years involved in everything from residential remodels, custom home builds, high end multifamily, commercial interiors and more.

In 2019, Travis decided it was time to take his love of learning, relationship building and construction expertise and open Lefort Built Construction Company. In his free time, Travis enjoys spending time hiking, fishing and enjoying the beauty of Colorado with his two young boys, Asher and Calvin, and his wife, Taylor.

Nate Hurt: Lead Sales & Estimating

Hi, I’m Nate Hurt. I got my start in construction framing custom homes and quickly realized I wanted to be a part of making more than just spaces. Born and raised along the Front Range, some of my most precious memories are fishing, skateboarding and backpacking with my dad. I love building connections and lasting friendships. As a superintendent I will help you realize your vision and make your house a home.

Brittni Weber: Project Coordinator

Hello there! I’m Brittni Weber, a Project Coordinator with a passion for adventure. Whether it’s traveling abroad, leading summer camp for kiddos, or making the move from Bend, Oregon to Colorado; I’ve always been drawn to a fast-paced environment. I look forward to making a meaningful connection with you and ensuring your project runs smoothly from inception to completion.

Katie Austin: Bookkeeper

Hi, I’m Katie Austin, the Bookkeeper at Lefort Built Construction Company. I ensure our financial records are clean and accurate, helping the company maintain its financial health. When I’m not managing the books, you can find me juggling the busy schedules of my four kids, helping them with homework and after school activities. Balancing work and family keeps me on my toes, and I wouldn’t have it any other way!

Jesse Langston: Superintendent

Hey, I’m Jesse, I bring a wealth of hands-on experience to my role as Site Supervisor. I started my career as a flooring contractor and later expanded my skills to include tile installation. After several years of running my own business, I transitioned into custom home construction. With a deep understanding of both the technical and business sides of the industry, I’ve become an integral part of the team at Lefort Built Construction Company, where I oversee site operations and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

My passion for construction and my attention to detail help me serve as a trusted leader on every job site. Whether it’s coordinating teams, managing logistics, or ensuring safety, I approach each task with a commitment to excellence and a focus on collaboration. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, camping, hiking, and riding my motorcycle and dirt bike. I also value family time and cherish moments with my loved ones and pets.

Tyler McGillis: Marketing Director

Hi, I’m Tyler, the Marketing Director at Lefort Built Construction Company. Originally from the East Coast, I’ve lived across the country and have called Colorado home for over a decade. With a solid sales foundation and over 14 years in the construction industry, I have experience in most aspects of the field. My dedication to leveraging my sales and industry knowledge helps me effectively promote Lefort Built Construction Company and our services. I enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking with my dog, kayaking, and surfing, as well as attending concerts, and spending time at the ocean!

Sawyer Campion

Hi, I’m Sawyer Campion. I am proud to be a part of the Lefort Built team. I am studying construction management at Aims Community College. When I am not at school you may see me working on our many projects. I enjoy mountain biking, woodworking, fishing, off-roading, and camping in my free time.

Marcial Lombera

Hi, I’m Marcial. I’ve been a dedicated professional in the construction industry for more than 13 years, driven by a deep commitment to building people’s dreams. My experience spans a wide range of residential construction, including track homes, townhomes, multifamily apartments, and custom-designed homes. I also take pride in my work on basement finishes and remodeling projects, where attention to detail is key. When I’m not on the job site, I enjoy spending time outdoors, participating in missionary work, and most of all, making memories with my two daughters and my loving wife.

Hi, I’m Bamba! I’m the adorable office pup at Lefort Built Construction Company! I love working hard with my human buddies, but my absolute favorite part of the day? Snuggling up for cozy naps in the office after a job well done! I believe in balancing hard work with relaxation. I’m also a big fan of hiking, tasty treats, belly rubs, and having fun at the dog park! I’m so proud to be a part of the team!
