  • How will I communicate with my contractor?
    Customer Communication is a core value of our company. We have seen time and time again how positive the experience is on both the customers end and ours, when the line of communications flow freely in both directions. You will have access to a direct phone number and email address of your contractor.
  • Do you operate within business hours? What if there is an emergency?
    Any phone calls made between 7:00 am and 5:30 p.m, Monday-Friday will be answered or promptly returned. We kindly ask that any communication outside of these times on on an emergency only basis. We believe we show up as our best selves and do our best work when we spend quality time with our families and doing things we love. Setting ourselves "business hours" helps us maintain a healthy work-life balance. That said, we understand that in our business, emergencies that cannot wait do come up. In the case of an emergency you can call the number provided, leave a voicemail and we will return your call ASAP. Throughout the entirety of your project, you can be assured that we will be available whenever it is necessary.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
